What we sell

Donald Ray Small, Jr. operates Donald Small Consulting as a sole proprietorship and independent advisory practice. He provides consulting time and written strategic deliverables — strategy sessions, operational audits, implementation roadmaps and ongoing advisory. We do not sell software licences, physical products, downloadable code, or any financial, lending or investment product. Everything is delivered remotely by scheduled video call on Zoom or Google Meet, with deliverables emailed as PDFs.

How we work

Vendor-neutral by default: Donald takes no affiliate or reseller commission, so recommendations are based only on your data, budget and team capability. Every engagement starts with the workflow and ends with a costed, sequenced plan you can hand to a developer — or to no one at all, if the honest answer is that AI isn't the right investment yet.
